How it works
- 1Walk the parcel and flag everything that stays
- 2Confirm access and check for buried utilities
- 3Coarse pass to knock the volume down
- 4Fine pass on what is left, then grind stumps if requested
- 5Final grade and a walk-through of the finished line
When to book it
Late fall through early spring, on firm or frozen ground
Equipment does far less damage to ground that is frozen or dry, bare brush is easier to cut, and there is no active nesting to work around. Mid-summer clearing is possible but slower, dustier, and fire restrictions can close the burn option entirely.

$800 – $6,000 per acre
Density of the growth, slope and access for equipment, how many stumps come out, and whether material is chipped, piled, or hauled. Every job gets a written, all-inclusive number before we start — no add-ons at the end, and the quote holds for 30 days.

Can you clear around trees I want to keep?
Yes — that is most of what we do. We flag keepers with you before anything starts and work around the drip line by hand where the machine cannot be trusted.

What happens to all the material?
Your choice: chipped and spread on site, stacked into a burn pile for you to light when conditions allow, or hauled off entirely. Hauling costs the most, chipping usually the least.

Do you handle burn permits?
No — the permit and the burn stay yours, since you control the timing. We will build the pile in a safe spot with clearance and tell you what the current restrictions look like.

How big a tree can you take with the clearing equipment?
Roughly 8 inches at the base. Anything larger we handle as a standard removal, which we can fold into the same quote and the same visit.
